The prime focus of Luster Cosmetics is complete customer satisfaction. In case. You are not pleased with the services provided; we will refund the money if the reasons are genuine and proved after proper investigation.

Before buying any product, it is requested to read the entire prints of each product before buying it. In case of any defect, you need to inform our team by sending us a mail or calling at our customer support number within the time frame of 24 hours of attaining and accepting the product.

In case any product, that has been received by you in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect, it can either be replaced or refunded. The requests for the refund will be carefully investigated and considered by our customer support team.

Policy of Return

How can you return a product?

In case any product has reached you in a defected condition, we don’t have a pick-up option. You can reach to us on email or contact number; we might replace the product with new one or come up with another solution after conforming it to you. The replacement of the product will be entirely dependent on the availability of the stock.

Policy of Refund

The refunds are initiated within 4-5 days of the inspection of the product. When it comes to the receipt of the refund, it would depend on the mode payment chosen by you. In case of Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for the refund depends on the concerned bank. The expected time for the refund is 5-7 working/ business days.

Cancellation Policy

In order to raise a request related to cancellation, you can get in touch with our customer support team. The duration of cancellation should be initiated before the dispatch of the product (the orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the placement of order).
