- Are your products cruelties free? Do you test your animals on products?
Nope, not ever
For us, testing on animals is unnecessary and vicious. We make natural skin care products by utilizing the best organic ingredients.
- Is your skincare safe for sensitive skin?
Though the answer is yes but everyone is different and some people may have individual allergies. For example, some people can react to tomatoes or milk which can cause their skin to react. The same applies to natural skincare. Hence, we strongly recommend you to conduct a patch test prior to use.
- What is the shelf- life of your products?
All our skin-care products have a minimum 2 years up to 3 years shelf-life. But if you want to experience the full therapeutic benefits of our organic ingredients, it is suggested to use the products within 3-6 months (which is the suggested time period after the product is opened and put to use)
- Is your packaging environment-friendly?
At Luster Cosmetics, we focus on making a conscious effort to minimize and offset our impact on the environment wherever possible. Wherever possible, we endeavor to utilize only eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials.
- Do your provide samples of your products?
As a general rule, we do not offer samples of our products. We provide full disclosure of all our ingredients used in each product. Hence, if you have any doubt, check the product description and perform a patch test.
- What if an item is out of stock?
You will be informed that we are out of stock when you try to buy it. Also if you have signed up for our email alerts, we will let you know when the product is back on shelf.
- Are the fragrances in your products natural and safe?
Luster Cosmetics does not use any synthetic fragrances in its products. Our fragrances are 100% naturally derived with organic and natural ingredients.
- Are your products vegan?
At Luster Cosmetics, all the skin care products are scientifically formulated with 100% natural ingredients designed to treat and protect an array of skin types and conditions. Our entire range does not contain any animal by-products or animal derivatives.
- I am prone to breakouts and acne; can I use Luster Cosmetics skin care products?
Most definitely! If you are prone to congestion and breakouts, we recommend exfoliating 2-3 times per week. All our products are natural and organic which penetrates deep into the skin and nourish from within.
- Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email along with your order details and information about the request. Doing this as quickly as possible will give us a greater chance of fixing the order before it is sent.
If the order has already been shipped then unfortunately we can’t help.
